Kristy truly went above and beyond to help me and my family with a complex sale from out of state, which included a great deal of work to prepare the property. I almost don't want to say everything she did because I don't want her to have to work like that every time! I will say instead that everything she did was from a place of honesty, kindness, patience, experience, sincere hard work, expertise, and knowledge. I'm still thanking my lucky stars that a friend recommended her for our very difficult situation and that Kristy had so much expertise to pull it all off in a very reasonable timeframe. I'd use her again in a heartbeat and would trust her with any sale.
